At The Weightloss Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, science-backed nutritional guidance and coaching. Because our services involve proprietary digital content and professional time, our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practitioners.
1. Digital Products (E-Books & Meal Plans)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of E-Books and Instant-Download Meal Plans are final. Once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, as the intellectual property cannot be “returned.”
Our Guarantee: If you experience any technical issues with your download or find an error in your file, please contact us at team@theweightlossclinic.co, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy immediately.
2. 1-on-1 Coaching & Consultations
Our coaching services involve significant professional preparation and dedicated time slots.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled 1-on-1 consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
Refunds: Once a coaching program has commenced (after the initial consultation and delivery of the first plan), refunds are generally not provided. However, we understand that life happens. If an emergency prevents you from continuing your program, please reach out to us to discuss a program pause or credit toward future services.
3. Group Memberships
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to the Group Membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of membership.
4. Our “Commitment to Results” Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific weight loss results (as health outcomes depend on individual adherence and biological factors), we guarantee our support.
If you feel your customized plan does not align with your stated dietary restrictions or health goals, we will revise your plan free of charge within the first 7 days of delivery to ensure it meets your needs.
